Mr. Brooks Williamson’s professional experience is characterized by a dual commitment to public and private interests in environmental management. In his 4 decades of association in the federal, state, and local and private sector, Mr. Williamson has acquired a detailed knowledge of the complexities involved in interpreting environmental policy.
This experience includes administration of multiple environmental acts, including the Federal Clean Water Act, Part 404, Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 the Michigan Environmental protection Act -1994 P.A. 451, as amended Part 301, Inland lakes and Streams, and Part 303, Wetlands. For the last 30 years, Mr. Williamson has been in the private sector where his knowledge of government policy and his familiarity with a full range of problems and resolutions is invaluable in addressing the complex concerns of environmental problem solving.
